Some precision parts require double thread start or more thread start opening. All this are consider as special thread.

All thread gauges are AGD – America Gauge Designed. All thread gauges are manufactured with gauge blanks per ASME / ANSI B47.1. Progage, uses tool steel which is oil – hardened, drawn, stabilized and redrawn to Rockwell C60-62. This material provides greater wear resistance, excellent anti-friction properties and rigid stability to distortion.
