Established in 1983, PROTOOL Engineering Enterprises initially supplied precision tools and metrology equipment in Singapore’s engineering sectors. Expanding into subcontracting and machining by 1985, it later started its own production of gauges under PROGAGE Precision Engineering in 1993. By the mid-90s, PROTOOL added a Singlas-accredited laboratory and ventured into the metrology market, specializing in torque and force measurement. The company globalized, extending to South-East Asia and China, and now operates with 82 employees across 8 countries, as a key supplier in precision tooling and gauging components.

PROTOOL expanded into Metrology, establishing trading houses in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Thailand, and Shanghai. Celebrating over 40 years in the market with numerous successful deals and customer satisfaction. With 82 employees and customers in 8 countries, PROTOOL is a key supplier of Precision Tooling and Gauging in South-East Asia and China.

1995

PROTOOL installed a fully accredited Singlas laboratory for customer assurance and quality improvement. In the early 90s, the company entered the Metrology market, specializing in digitized, high precision Torque and Force measurement equipment. With partnerships in the field, PROTOOL has nearly 20 years of experience in Force and Torque technology.

1993

With 10 years of prior industry experience, Protool began manufacturing their own line of Plain and Threaded Limit Gauges and become a leader in Precision limit gauges in local and neighboring markets.

1985

Protool expanded into subcontracting, establishing a machine factory for engineering services and metal part machining, primarily serving multinational organizations in regional markets.

1983

Founded in early 1983, PROTOOL Engineering Enterprises specialized in Limit Gauges, Precision Measuring Tools, and Dimensional Metrology Equipment, serving major sectors in Singapore's industrial market including Military, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, OEM, and other metal-related engineering industries.
