PLAIN PLUG LIMIT GAUGES

Reversible Type

Reversible type gauges allow the gauge member to be reversed in the handle, presenting you with a brand new gauge. This design provides twice the span of your component’s gauging life.
Cost Effective vs. Efficiency and Accuracy.

Progressive Plug
PPL001
Progressive plain plug gauges are specially design and precisely ground and lapped to produced good quality tools for high precision parts inspection.
It was a best gauge to inspect parts quickly. With concentrically control both GO and NO-GO diameters which are stacked on a single gauges member, this allow parts can be inspected in one easier way.
Features:
- Progressive Plug Gauges Come In Range From Class X To Z.
- For Better Understanding Please Refer To Plain Plug Gauge Tolerance Table.

Taper Plug Gauge
PPGTP01
Taper gauges are used to check the taper and reference diameters of products with tapered bores or holes. This is a manual type of gauging system consisting of a set of gauges fitted together, namely, a plain taper plug gauge and a plain taper ring gauge.
Features:
The depth of a tapered bore that is to be evaluated, can be measured by how deep the reference end face fits into the gauge.
The optimum tolerance depth is usually indicated with a notch, or by a line drawn on the larger end face of the taper plug gauge.
Common Types Of Taper In Supply:
- Morse Taper.
- National Taper.
- Brown & Sharp Taper.
